Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
pproved returns must be shipped to our designated facilities in Guilderland(NewYork). We will provide the exact RMA shipping address upon approval of your return request

Customer Remorse (Changed Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs for large items (Grow Tents/Kits) can be substantial.
